2. The contents of this kit contain some equipment and some very high risk medicines to be used only in case of medical emergency. Some medicines are life saving but are very high risk so we recommend medicines to be used only by trained doctors/in presence of a doctor well versed with use of these medicines.

3. Onezoe firstaid will not be responsible for any damage suffered by users from use of the services on www.onezoefirstaid.com. This without limitation includes loss of revenue or data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, missed deliveries, or service interruptions as may occur because of any act / omission of the vendor. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, or under any other cause of action.

4. Prices of One Zoe Medical Emergency first aid Kit may change without any prior notice.

5. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled and there is no refund of any item or whole kit.

6. Warranty/guarantee of products is mentioned on individual products and respective company is responsible for faulty product and customer care of same to be contacted.

9. Onezoe firstaid reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

10. If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. Wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by onezoe firstaid for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

11. The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information. Onezoe firstaid reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, One Zoe has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services of onezoe firstaid without prior intimation whatsoever.

12. Onezoe firstaid will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

13. One Zoe shall not entertain any complaint after 10 days, once the order is delivered.

14. A Medical Emergency kit is always incomplete, there is no limit of contents such a kit can have. We have tried to keep maximum needful drugs, equipments, oxygen and a well designed bag that can help you/assistants/technicians deal the best with medical emergencies. Depending upon the type of work you doing at your center/or type of risk involved in your case you doing at your opd, we advise you to add contents to the kit accordingly. Example: Oxy99 can contains 6 litres of oxygen (150 puffs according to oxy99) for first aid purpose only, you may equip your center with a larger oxygen cylinder from your local dealer if the need is more.

15. All disputes to be settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration.

16. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
